Dublin 6 derives from managing partners Jason O’Brien’s neighborhood in Dublin referred to by postal code D6 otherwise known as Ranelagh located in South Dublin.

 

  The theme behind the Name is a Contemporary Irish Bar & Restaurant.

  The personality of the Irish & Scottish combined with European American Cuisine.

 

  Our goal at D6 was to have a Café/Bistro style West Village eatery where people

  can enjoy just an appetizer with a glass of wine or a full dining experience.

 

D6 with Irish chef Donal Crosbie designed a bar menu and full Dinner menu to

co-exist with over 50 bottles of beer, an eclectic wine list and many signature cocktails.
